Beside being a performer Meriç Çalışan is a vocal coach.
She's been teaching jazz/pop vocals for 7 years. Teaching has always been important for her because you learn from your students as they learn from you. That’s why teaching makes you a better musician. The teaching methods she use are inspired from her mentors and most of the exercises are her own creations which allow you to learn the theory while applying on practice.
Currently, she is giving private vocal lessons and workshops in Ankara as well as via Skype.
